Mihkel is a digital entrepreneur, with more than 14 years of experience, primarily in regulated financial institutions.

His role as the Chairman of the board is to oversee Bivial's business and ensure high governance standards.

Beatrice has garnered over 20 years of experience in finance, M&A, risk management and operations for SMEs, and corporations in the financial and IT services industry. She has held senior positions as CFO and Head of Finance at various banks and international companies.

Her role as the Vice Chairman of the board is to ensure the financial stability of Bivial.

Alena is a Swiss CPA and holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Zurich. She has extensive professional experience in Risk Management, Finance and Regulation of financial institutions. She acquired this through her previous senior positions at and for Swiss and international financial institutions as well as during her almost 10 years at PwC and Deloitte. She played a key role in setting up the Financial and Risk Management Processes at SEBA Bank AG.

Her role as a member of the Board of Bivial AG is to ensure solid Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Fintech Compliance.
