FAQs.
What do I need to open an Entrepreneur Account?
To apply online for an Entrepreneur Account, you must have an existing relationship with one of Bivial's corporate account holders. During onboarding, you will need to provide valid identification, proof of address, and details of your business activity. Once verified, you'll receive access to the Bivial Dashboard, where you can manage accounts, send international payments, and track all financial activity.
Can I open multiple accounts?
Yes, you can open multiple accounts under your main Entrepreneur Account. By doing so, you can allocate accounts for different clients, projects, or regions. All data can be monitored through a single Dashboard. Control cash flow and minimise accounting errors with absolute transparency.
Can I use a personal account to receive client payments and run a business?
Yes, however, the business activity may be limited; that's why an Entrepreneur Account is a better option when using a personal account for business. It gives you access to dedicated payment solutions and cash access services that personal accounts alone may not offer. It also makes receiving money abroad easier and more secure, since payments are processed in line with financial services regulations.
Does my client need a Bivial account to send me money?
No, not necessarily. Clients can send funds from any financial institution directly to your open personal account via SIC, SEPA, SWIFT, or ACH. If your client also has an account with Bivial, transfers would be instant and fee-free—an excellent benefit for regular partners or suppliers.
