Markus is an accomplished legal professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. His commitment to compliance and risk management is evident as he excelled in various regulatory areas, including AML, securities law, asset management and payment transactions. With a comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, attention to detail, and strategic acumen, Markus has proven himself as a trusted legal expert in navigating complex landscapes within the financial sector.

Marc has 12+ years of experience in the fintech and financial services industry. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. His career started with Mazars in 2014 as an External Auditor. From there, he moved on to Nationwide Building Society, working in the Financial Reporting and Capital Management departments. Prior to Bivial, Marc held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at a multinational Fintech company, where he gained significant experience in managing all aspects of the Finance and Reconciliation departments, as well as in actively supporting the company’s Back Office, Payments, and Compliance teams.

Marc’s role as Bivial's Chief Financial and Operating Officer will be crucial in elevating the brand’s operations and expansion.

Christos has twenty years of professional experience in technology, including both hands-on and senior management roles, and more than seven years of experience in the regulated Financial Industry in multinational Financial Institutions. A veteran technology executive, he coordinated several corporate functions, including product, technology, and strategy by leading international teams of up to 100 people.

Christos holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Bivial, where he leads the development and implementation of the company’s market-leading technologies and solutions. Christos is also responsible for leading Bivial’s global tech innovation strategy and teams in the expansion of its global footprint and capabilities in the fintech payment and banking industry.
